Muffin Pain - Use #1

Easiest breakfast sandwich known to woman-kind!

Biscuit, Egg and Bacon Breakfast Sandwich! 
Simple enough, grease muffin pan (I used Pam Spray), crack eggs into pan (I added chopped spinach), then bake at 350 for 15 mins. They pop out super easy. I had the eggs on the bottom shelf of my oven and the biscuits on the top. They both took 15 min to finnish baking. Super duper easy peasy breakfast. (BONUS: the eggs keep in the fridge for up to a week.) I added some bacon onto my little sandwich, sausage would work too, or maybe cheese if your a non meat eater.
