Yo! Make some Pizza Balls
Yummo-scrumpto Pizza Balls.
This is quite possibly, one of the easiest things I have ever made. It is one of those things that if I had kids of my own, or still watched kids that wanted to help make dinner, this is what I would pull out of the hat.
What you need: 1 can of biscuits, pepperoni, and cheese.
The crusted top in a mixture of one egg, a sprinkle of garlic salt, italian seasoning, and then some sprinkles of parmesan cheese.
1. Squish one biscuit flat.
2. Place pepperoni a two-finger pinch of cheese and another pepperoni on top.
3. Repeat 7 more times placing them side by side the baking dish.
4. Spoon egg and seasoning mixture on top.
5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
6. Bake for 15-20 min at 425 degrees.
Our meal was served with salad and some marina to dip the bread balls in!
The insides are magically delightful.
Eat up!
This version made 8 because I only used one can. This works perfectly for us because I eat two, Jesse eats three, and then he has three to take in his lunch the next day. But the original pin I saw for this was 24 at a time or something, so I am sure you can make as many as you want at a time. Especially if its for a party. Easiest pizzas ever!
