Italian Lemon Shrimp

Another recipe found on Pinterest, that looked so good I just had to try. Unfortunately...I was a little disappointed. Too buttery for our taste. Next time I made it I will probably use 1/2 as much butter and add more pepper and seasoning. 

What you'll need: 1 stick butter melted, 1 lemon, shrimp & 1 pkg Italian dressing mix + oven 350 degrees for 15 mins

Thaw shrimp in water, then drain. 

 Lay on foil on pan, pour over 1 cup of melted butter. 

 Squeeze 1/2 Lemon onto Shrimp and Butter Mix. 

 Sprinkle over 1 packet of Italian Dressing Seasoning. 

 Bake on 350 degrees for 15 min. 

 Our meal was served with a spinach salad and italian butterfly pasta. 

 Yum-zo... but like a said, I would make them with less butter next time.
