CHEAP Glitzy Wreath!

This wreath (when complete) will have cost me $4.50, using all new materials. 

Santa bow 2 for $1 at Dollar Tree - 50 cents

3  bundles of silver tinsel, $1 each at Dollar Tree - $3.00

1 plumbing foam 86 cents at Lowes - $1.00sih

TOTAL: $4.50

This is a brilliant idea, for 86 cents buy a plumbing insulator, they look like and feel like thin pool noodles. You can cut them down to be whatever size you need and they are WAY less expensive than buying foam circles from Wal-Mart or a Craft store. 

Cut it where you want and tape. 

 YES, I am serious... it is that easy.. and cheap. 

 Wrap tinsel around securing it with a dot of hot glue..

Wrap, wrap and wrap... I need to get one more bundle of tinsel... 

 OOPS. 

 Here is what it will look like when you're all done!
