Zucchini and Squash Lasagna

This was a super simple mixture of things in the kitchen, a healthier version of the pasta lasagna I love to make. 

You'll need...
-zucchini or squash, i used both. 
-meat of your choice, i used beef
-jar of sauce, i used prego
-cheese,  i used mozzarella by kraft with a touch of philadelphia cream cheese

1. Layer the first set of zuccs in

2. cook meat, i added in chunks of fresh mushroom and tomato

3. add whole jar of sauce

4. layer and layer

keep layering

and layering

with cheese too!

5. layer the top with a little more cheese than the rest

6. pop it in the oven at 350 degrees and bake for 20 min. just long enough to get the veggies soft.
