Crescent Cinnamon Rolls
For any of you that truly know me, I am sure you are shocked that I am even baking cinnamon rolls or that I even have cinnamon in my cabinet. The truth is we do crazy things for love. So aside from the fact that I am "allergic" to cinnamon, I took one for the team, and made my Jesse Bear some cinnamon rolls to eat while I am gone to MO.
1. I'm sure you're shocked to find out that the first thing you do is take the rolls out of the can and place them on the pan! What? No way.... so much information at once...
Not willing to go all out and crazy on them, I found a simple recipe that uses crescent rolls. Below all my steps and pictures is the recipe and link.
2. Stir up the ooey gooey magical mixture that makes these so cinna-licious..
3. When you've stirred it good and put enough elbow into it, it'll look like this...
4. Dollap it on and spread it around.
5. Roll x8, sit it crescent point down for a good hold.
6. Preheat that oven girl-fran (or guy-fran!)
7. Take them out, the pan may look messy, some of the butter mix will ooze out, but thats totally a-okay, they will still taste delightful. Squeeze, Squirt, or Spoon your frosting on...
8. And serve.
The recipe makes 8, technically enough for 4 people to have breakfast, or if you put them away your husband can have breakfast while you are home in Missouri visiting family and friends.
Like so...
...a little sheet of wax paper between each set (after they cool) and you are golden.

Here is the original link, hers turned out prettier than mine, I think it might be because I used Aldi's brand crescent rolls, not pilsbury... http://www.thehungryhousewife.com/2012/03/crescent-cinnamon-rolls.html
