Baked Italian Pork

Hello! Hello! I am finally finding time to blog again and wanted to share this SUPER simple dish I tossed together the other night. It turned out very good and juicy! 

What you'll need: 
Pork Chops, I used 4 medium cuts, the thin cuts dry out fasters. 
One Package of Italian Dressing Mix 
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil



The How To:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Place foil in the bottom of your baking dish. 
3. Rub Salt and Pepper over each pork chop, front and back. 
4. Lay them side by side in the dish. 
5. Drizzle Olive Oil all over the pork chops. 
6. Sprinkle the entire package of italian dressing mix over the olive oil and pork chops.
7. Take another piece of foil and cover the dish, so that they are sorta steamed in there. 
8. Bake for 45 min, or until your pork chops are white all the way through. 
9. Enjoy! We had our meal with spinach salad and banana peppers, black beans, and crescent rolls. 


 Then for come crazy reason, my camera blurred, I think it was the steam, but lets be honest here... it was just all the deliciousness exuding from the pork chop. Haha.
